Project Overview
The Mooney Kitchens & Interiors website (mooneyfurniture.ie) is a modern, responsive website designed to showcase bespoke kitchen and interior design services in a visually engaging and professional way. The goal of the project was to elevate the brand’s online presence and create a platform that clearly communicates craftsmanship, services, and portfolio work to potential clients. The website was designed with a strong focus on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling, ensuring that users can easily explore kitchen and interior design offerings while being inspired by the visual content. Emphasis was placed on a clean layout, high-quality imagery, and intuitive navigation to reflect the premium nature of the brand. The final design was created in Figma and developed using WordPress, resulting in a polished, responsive, and easy-to-manage website.

Design & Development Process
Mooney Kitchens & Interiors website was designed in Figma and developed using WordPress through a structured UX and development process. I began by researching the kitchen and interiors market to understand how users explore design services and evaluate portfolios online. Based on this, I created wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma with a strong focus on visual hierarchy, imagery, and brand presentation. After refining the design through iteration and ensuring a premium, user-friendly experience, I built the website in WordPress, translating the designs into a fully responsive and functional site using suitable themes and plugins. The final result is a visually rich, professional website that effectively showcases the brand’s work and supports customer enquiries.
